Getting set up

Two steps to start monitoring — an admin adds your portfolio and connects the data.

Add your sites & buildings
Register each site and its buildings in the admin console so BSI knows what equipment to expect and where.

Configure vendor data APIs
Connect each inverter vendor (Enphase, SolarEdge, SMA) so production and fault data starts flowing in automatically.

Then it runs itself

Once your sites are connected, BSI takes over the day-to-day.

Detect
BSI continuously monitors solar facility equipment and automatically opens an issue in ProjectSight the moment a problem occurs.
Notify
The O&M team is alerted by email and every notification is triaged — everything's fine, a potential problem to watch, or an urgent error needing action now.
Resolve
Jump straight to the inverter vendor's portal (Enphase, SolarEdge, SMA) for a known fix, or open the AI for a recommended solution and live system status.
Learn
Resolution feedback trains the AI, so the next time a similar fault appears, a solution is already on hand — faster response, every time.
